对慈溪龙山、温岭新街、临海滨海三个双齿围沙蚕的养殖点的调查表明:温岭底栖生物的平均丰度最高,为7321 5个 cm3,其次是临海(1750个 cm3),慈溪最低,为1044个 cm3;小型底栖硅藻的平均丰度分别为:917个 cm3、6982 5个 cm3和627个 cm3,温岭最高;小型底栖动物的平均丰度分别为:127个 cm3、339个 cm3和1123个 cm3,临海最高;平均生物量分别为:443 62μg cm3、1100 28μg cm3、3868 12μg cm3。共鉴定出小型底栖硅藻15个属,其中以圆筛藻属、菱形藻属、斜纹藻属和布纹藻属为主要类群;小型底栖动物七个类群,分别为海洋线虫、有孔虫、涡虫、介形虫、寡毛类、桡足类和等足类,其中有孔虫和介形类丰度占绝对优势,其次是线虫和涡虫。对这三个地区沙蚕的生化组成研究表明:温岭沙蚕的总脂、总糖、蛋白质和EPA含量均为最高,品质最好,其次是临海,再次是慈溪。底栖生物的生物量与沙蚕的生化组成成一定相关关系,稳定的生活环境有利于沙蚕的生长。
The investigation on the breeding sites of three bidentata nematodes in Longshan, Wengling, Xinlin and Linhai coasts shows that the average abundance of benthic organisms in Wenling is the highest, 7321 5 cm3, followed by Linhai (1750 cm3), Cixi And the lowest was 1044 cm3. The average abundance of small benthic diatoms were 917 cm3, 69825 cm3 and 627 cm3, respectively, with the highest in Wenling. The average abundance of the benthic macroinvertebrates was 127 cm3, 339 cm3 and 1123 cm3, the highest was in the sea front. The average biomass was 443 62 μg cm3, 1100 28 μg cm3 and 3868 12 μg cm3, respectively. A total of 15 genera of small benthic diatoms were identified, among which Cyclops, Rhodophyceae, Diptera and Syzygium were the main groups. The seven species of the small-scale zoobenthos were Marine nematodes, Foraminifera , Planarians, ostracods, oligochaetes, copepods and isopods, among which foraminifera and ostracod abundance dominated, followed by nematodes and planarians. The biochemical composition of B. mori in these three areas showed that the total fat, total sugar, protein and EPA contents of B. mori were highest, the quality was the best, followed by the sea and Cixi again. The biomass of benthic organisms is related to the biochemical composition of B. mori. The stable living environment is beneficial to the growth of A. mori.
