氚是纯β辐射体,其β射线的最大能量为18.6Kev,平均能量为5.7Kev,半衰期为12.36d,具有放射性的有害作用。操作氚的场所常有良好的防护准备与严密的管理。但是,在生产氚和检修设备过程中,因意外情况会遇到事故照射或应急照射,此时对于受照人员及时地正确的医学处理是非常重要的。现将氚内污染的医学处理问题分述如下。
