对贵州省贵定县乐邦乡村民罹患以骨骼严重畸形为特征的疾病病例研究结果显示,病家生活燃煤、敞灶烘烤之玉米、辣椒及室内贮存之谷子铝和氟含量显著高于对照。患者尿中铝和氟含量亦较对照高。28例骨畸形病人中仅有21例患轻或中度氟斑牙。病人骨X光片呈骨软化症,无氟骨症骨周组织异常骨化。三例严重骨畸形病人骼骨活检显示,病人骨铝含量显著增高,但骨氟含量无明显增加。骨形态计量学测量显示,病人骨损特征为骨发育障碍、成骨过程抑制及类骨质矿化障碍所致的骨质疏松、软化等退行性变。病人骨铝染色呈阳性反应,铝主要沉积于骨小梁矿化前沿。这些结果表明,我省贵定县乐邦乡村民罹患骨畸形主要与大量铝蓄积于骨胳有关;有75%的病人患轻中度氟班牙症,故称该病为地方性铝氟病为宜。
Case studies on diseases characterized by severe skeletal deformities in Le Bang village, Guoding County, Guizhou Province, showed that the patients living in coal-fired stoves, open-heart-baked corn, hot pepper and indoor storage of millet had significantly higher levels of aluminum and fluoride Control. Patients with urinary aluminum and fluoride content is also higher than the control. Only 21 of 28 patients with osteomalacia had mild or moderate dental fluorosis. Bone X-ray showed osteomalacia patients, non-fluorosis osteoporosis abnormal ossification. Three patients with severe bone deformity iliac biopsy showed that the patient’s bone aluminum content was significantly increased, but no significant increase in bone fluoride content. Bone morphometry measurements showed that patients with bone loss characterized by bone development disorders, inhibition of osteogenesis and bone-like osteogenesis caused by osteoporosis, softening and other degenerative changes. Patients with bone aluminum staining was positive, aluminum deposition mainly in the forefront of trabecular bone mineralization. These results indicate that bone deformities in Le Bang village, Guoding County of our province, are mainly associated with the accumulation of large amounts of aluminum in the skeleton; 75% of patients have mild to moderate fluorosis, so the disease is endemic. It is advisable.
