目的:优选丹参中水溶性和脂溶性成分半仿生集成提取的最佳工艺条件。方法:以丹参酮ⅡA、丹酚酸B含量、总酚酸得率、干浸膏收率为指标,采用L9(34)正交表进行正交试验,优选半仿生-乙醇集成提取丹参有效成分最佳条件。结果:提取溶剂为不同pH的70%乙醇(pH分别为2.0,7.5,8.3),料液比1∶18,提取时间1.5 h,综合评价指标最优。结论:所得半仿生-70%乙醇集成提取丹参有效成分工艺科学、合理。
Objective: To optimize the semi-bionic integrated extraction of water-soluble and fat-soluble components of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae. Methods: Tanshinone ⅡA, salvianolic acid B content, total phenolic acid yield, dry extract yield as an indicator, using orthogonal L9 (34) orthogonal test, the best semi-bionic integrated ethanol extraction of the active ingredient of Salvia Good condition. Results: The extraction solvent was 70% ethanol with different pH values (2.0, 7.5 and 8.3 respectively), the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:18 and the extraction time was 1.5 h. The comprehensive evaluation index was the best. Conclusion: The obtained semi-bionic -70% ethanol extract of Salvia active ingredients scientific and rational.
