为分析孔隙率对水力机械抗磨蚀涂层性能的影响,采用试验分析方法,即利用爆炸喷涂技术和封孔技术获得一种新的低孔隙率钴铬碳化钨(WC-10Co-4Cr)涂层,并与普通WC-10Co-4Cr涂层进行冲蚀试验对比,分析了涂层表面磨痕和失重量。结果表明,低孔隙率涂层泥沙刮削量较少,刮削分布比较均匀,而普通涂层不仅失重量大,刮削也比较集中,涂层破坏严重,减小孔隙率可有效提高水力机械抗磨蚀涂层性能。
In order to analyze the influence of porosity on the performance of anti-abrasion coating of hydraulic machinery, a new method of WC-10Co-4Cr coating with low porosity was obtained by means of the experimental method of blasting and sealing , And compared with ordinary WC-10Co-4Cr coating erosion test, analysis of the coating surface wear marks and weight loss.
