就业是民生之本。就业关系人民群众的切身利益,关系改革发展稳定的大局,关系全面建设小康社会宏伟目标的实现。对于劳动者个人而言,可以获得收入、安居乐业、实现自我价值;对于企业而言,能稳定经营,保证企业发展需要的人力资源,不断提高其核心竞争力,企业的人力资源是决定企业发展质量的关键,本文从就业稳定的视角出发,对企业的人力资源管理活动实施了完整的分析研究,并从人力资源的管理优化方案方面,对提升就业稳定性的措施实施了制定。
