The authors used PCR to detect serum HBV-DNA and explored the relationship between serum HBV-DNA and HBVM. Found that some of the traditional serological tests can not accurately reflect the actual situation of HBV-DNA in serum, the authors believe that more sensitive PCR techniques should be used to make a diagnosis and evaluation
