积极采用国际标准和国外先进标准,是我国当前的一项重要技术经济政策.但在“采标”过程中,简单拿过来就采用的作法是不可取的,特别是发现有错误后更应审慎采用.
The active adoption of international standards and advanced foreign standards is an important technical and economic policy in our country at present, but it is not advisable to adopt it simply when it is adopted. In particular, it should be more cautious when mistakes are found use.
