通过申办普惠制产地证,可以得到输入国家关税减免,从而提高我国出口产品在国际市场上的竞争力,从而扩大国际市场的占有份额。但在实际运用过程中,有的外贸企业主动申领意识不强,有的如实申报意识不够,有的时常出现错误签证,这一切影响了出口企业顺利享受普惠制关税优惠。本文结合贸易型公司的实际,就以上问题进行了必要的分析和探讨,并提出外贸企业应树立如实申报、主动申报、准确签证三种意识,以充分享受普惠制优惠政策。
By bidding for a GSP certificate, tariff reductions and exemptions for importing countries can be obtained, so as to enhance the competitiveness of China’s export products in the international market and expand the share of the international market. However, during the actual application, some foreign trade enterprises actively apply for a claim of weakness, some do not have enough sense of truthful declaration, and some often have wrong visas. All this has affected the export enterprises to enjoy the preferential GSP tariff. Based on the actual situation of trade companies, this paper analyzes and discusses the above problems and puts forward that foreign trade enterprises should establish three kinds of awareness of truthful declaration, active declaration and accurate visa in order to fully enjoy the preferential policies of GSP.
