研究了南京炼油厂延迟焦化汽油作为醚化原料的精制工艺,即用顺丁烯二酸酐(MA)精制和醇钠溶液抽提,从而去除其中的碱性氮、二烯烃及部分含硫化合物。精制油切取初馏点~80℃的馏分作为醚化原料,用乙醇醚化。醚化的最佳工艺条件:反应温度70℃、反应压力0.8~1.0 MPa、空速(体积)3.0~4.0 h~(-1)、醇油比7:100。醚化调和油可使焦化汽油辛烷值提高0.6个单位。
The refining process of delayed coking gasoline as feedstock for etherification in Nanjing refinery was studied, which was to remove the basic nitrogen, diolefins and some sulfur compounds by the purification of maleic anhydride (MA) and sodium alcoholate solution. Purified oil cut the initial boiling point ~ 80 ° C fraction as etherified feedstock, etherification with ethanol. The optimum conditions for the etherification are: reaction temperature 70 ℃, reaction pressure 0.8 ~ 1.0 MPa, space velocity 3.0 ~ 4.0 h ~ (-1) and alcohol / oil ratio 7:100. Etherified blend oils increase coker gasoline octane rating by 0.6 units.
