老年大学教学规律,有着区别于一般学校教学规律的特殊性。这种特殊性,是由老年大学教学对象——老年学员的特殊性和老年大学现行教学体制的不完善决定的。从自然属性看,这种特殊性表现在:心灵的感悟能力趋缓,机体的灵敏度降低,大脑的记忆力衰退。从社会属性上看,这种特殊性表现在:现在六七十岁的老年人,都是上世纪30年代、40年代出生的。这一群体中,除极少数受过正规高等
The teaching rules of senior citizens have the particularity different from that of the general school teaching rules. This particularity is determined by the particularities of seniors’ teaching objects - seniors and the imperfectness of the current teaching system at senile universities.
