獐牙菜属植物主产于中国,以其重要的药用价值而被研究者所青睐。分子标记技术近年来发展迅速,作为一种有效的现代手段被广泛用于药用植物的各个研究领域。首次系统综述了随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)、扩增片段长度多态性(AFLP)、简单重复序列区间(SSR)、ISSR和DNA条形码在獐牙菜属植物体细胞杂交、遗传多样性、种质资源鉴定和系统发育构建等方面研究的应用现状,以期为獐牙菜属植物及相关属植物的研究提供一定的参考。
Swertia genus mainly produced in China, with its important medicinal value has been favored by researchers. The rapid development of molecular marker technology in recent years, as an effective means of modern is widely used in various fields of medicinal plants. This review summarizes the genetic diversity of somatic cells in Swertia plants by random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD), amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP), simple repeat interval (SSR), ISSR and DNA barcoding, Sex, germplasm resources identification and phylogeny, and so on, so as to provide a reference for the research of Swertia plants and related genera.
