目的通过检测EMT相关蛋白E-cadherin、Vimentin、a-SMA在前列腺癌组织中的表达及其与病理分级、临床分期的关系,初步判断体内EMT现象与前列腺癌进展是否存在确切的关联。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测35例正常前列腺组织和43例前列腺癌组织中的上皮标记蛋白E-cadherin与间质标记蛋白Vimentin和a-SMA的表达情况,并与病理分级和临床分期之间的关联作统计学分析。结果E-cadherin、Vimentin、a-SMA在前列腺癌组织中的表达率分别为48.8%,72.1%,36.5%。这些蛋白的表达与前列腺癌的分化程度,病理分期密切相关(P<0.05),E-cadherin与Vimentin、a-SMA蛋白表达负相关。结论EMT转化现象是人体内前列腺癌恶性进展的重要原因。这种细胞属性的变化现象与肿瘤的侵袭和预后密切相关。
Objective To detect the expression of EMT-related proteins E-cadherin, Vimentin and a-SMA in prostate cancer and their relationship with pathological grade and clinical stage to determine whether there is an exact correlation between EMT in vivo and progression of prostate cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of E-cadherin and interstitial markers Vimentin and a-SMA in 35 cases of normal prostate and 43 cases of prostate cancer. Association for statistical analysis. Results The positive rates of E-cadherin, Vimentin and a-SMA in prostate cancer tissues were 48.8%, 72.1% and 36.5%, respectively. The expression of these proteins was closely related to the differentiation and pathological stage of prostate cancer (P <0.05). The expression of E-cadherin was negatively correlated with the expression of Vimentin and a-SMA. Conclusion EMT transformation is an important cause of malignant progression of prostate cancer in human. This phenomenon of cell property changes is closely related to tumor invasion and prognosis.
