选180g左右SD大鼠40只(雌性各半),分为4组,第1～3组为给药组,每天分别口服10、20及40ml/kg(成人一次用量为0.2ml/kg)月灵春云芝口服液,第4组为蒸馏水对照组,连续37d,观察其活动情况,分4个阶段进行体重检查,作血常规检查和肝、肾功能检查。结果表明,月灵春云芝口服液3个给药组与蒸馏水对照组比较差异不显著,所有实验大鼠作病理组织学检查,均无异常。提示月灵春云芝口服液在月经前后期与经期连续服用是安全的。
One hundred and forty male Sprague Dawley rats (about half female) were divided into four groups. The first to third groups were given to the treatment group and were given oral doses of 10, 20, and 40 ml/kg (adult dose of 0.2 ml/kg per month). Lingchun Yunzhi Oral Liquid, the fourth group of distilled water control group, continuous 37d, observe the activities of the four stages of weight examination, blood routine examination and liver and kidney function tests. The results showed that there were no significant differences between the three groups of Yueling Chunyunzhi Oral Liquid and the distilled water control group. All the experimental rats had no histological examination. Tips Yun Ling Chun Yunzhi oral liquid is safe to use in the menstrual period and menstrual period.
