我院采用中西药结合,研制出“复方消冻乳膏”,经临床应用,收到满意的效果,现报告如下:1 处方:硬脂酸125g,蓖麻油125g,石蜡油125g,三乙醇胺4g,尼泊金乙酯1g,甘油50g,蒸馏水540g,中药提取物20g,盐酸山莨菪碱10g,樟脑5g,薄荷脑5g。以上处方为Ⅰ号乳膏,处方中加入60mg 地塞米松粉制成Ⅱ号乳膏。2 制备:(1)中药提取物的制备:取桂枝100g,红花80g,细辛100g,威灵仙100g,川芎100g,用适量80％乙醇回流2次,每次1.5hr,合并2次药液,置水溶上
