绥化市物价局为适应日趋开放、多元和信息化的社会环境,及时回应媒体和公众对价格问题的敏感反应和关注,不断提升物价部门的开放性和影响力,经过探索实践,逐步推出常态化宣传模式,有效促进了物价工作的创新发展。(一)建立常态化宣传的工作机制常态化宣传,即坚持把宣传工作融入物价工作整体,贯穿于物价工作始终,使价格宣传发挥伴结式效益和恒定性作用。2007年,绥化市物价局出台了《实行常态化宣传实施办法》,进一步明确了常态化宣传的主要内容、主要途径和保障措施,进而以该办法为统领,每年制定具体宣传
