1990年11月16日至12月4日建设西南水电能源基地战略研究课题组组织了部分能源和水电专家对金沙江中、下游河段(云南石鼓至四川宜宾)的虎跳峡、观音岩、溪落渡、向家坝等主要电站坝址及其部分淹没地区进行了考察。大家认为:金沙江水能资源十分丰富,开发条件优越,是我国最大的水电基地,加快开发对促进西南地区经济发展,实现西电东送,均具有重要的战略意义。现将考察报告摘要如下。
November 16, 1990 to December 4, 1990 Construction of Southwest Hydropower Energy Base Strategic Research Group organized some energy and hydropower experts on the Jinsha River, the lower reaches of the river (Yunnan Shigu to Sichuan Yibin) Tiger Leaping Gorge, Guanyinyan , Brook crossing, Xiangjiaba dam sites and other major submerged areas were inspected. Everybody thinks: Jinsha River is very rich in hydropower resources, excellent conditions for development and is China’s largest hydropower base. Accelerating development plays an important strategic role in promoting economic development in the southwest region and sending electricity from west to east. Now study report summary is as follows.
