患者男,21岁,未婚。因对称性双上磨牙后区肿物20多天伴头痛及面部和上、下辱麻木疼痛,由家属扶持入院。患者20多天前出现双上磨牙后区肿痛,伴发热,经当地卫生院治疗,病情无好转反而逐渐加重。继出现两侧面部和上、下唇麻木疼痛,四肢亦有麻木感,全身乏力,纳差,但无恶心呕吐。起病10多天后,又发现双上磨牙区
