近年关于用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 (ＰＡＧＥ)法检测脑脊液中寡克隆 (Ｏｌｉｇｏ Ｃｌｏｎａｌ)ＩｇＧ区带的报道[1,2 ]较多 ,我们在此基础上进行了改良 ,结合紫外 (ＵＶ)蛋白定量法及高效液相色谱 (ＨＰＬＣ)分离法建立了适用于临床检测脑脊液寡克隆区带的方法。1 资料与方法1
