都市报是我国报业发展的一个独有报种和特殊现象。如今,一批问世5年左右的新兴都市报开始发生新的变革,显示出向主流媒体方向发展的趋势。针对这一现象,本文大胆提出“后都市报时代”的命题,对其创新嬗变的历程加以系统观察、梳理,试图分析其向主流媒体演进的必然性和可行性,寻找成长规律和基本特质,发现存在的缺陷和不足。本文追寻“后都市报”产生的历史渊源和发展的现实依据,概述“后都市报”努力与“主流媒体”对接所进行的创新和基本特征,分析“后都市报”的基本实力和市场价值,也指出其潜在的深层次矛盾。
Metropolis Daily is a unique newspaper report and a special phenomenon in China’s newspaper industry.
