对矽肺、矽肺合并肺癌、无矽肺的肺癌及对照组各3~4例的肺组织进行扫描电镜及能量色散X线分析(SEM-EDXA)。SEM观察发现,矽肺组及矽肺合并肺癌组病变处的胶原纤维之间有矽尘颗粒结晶。EDXA发现,矽肺组及矽肺合并肺癌组Si的含量明显高于其他元素及另外两组Si的含量(P<0.01),无矽肺的肺癌组及对照组Si的含量则较Al、P、S为低。
The lungs of 3 to 4 cases of silicosis, silicosis with lung cancer, silicosis-free lung cancer and control group were examined by scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray analysis (SEM-EDXA). SEM observation revealed that silica particles were crystallized between the collagen fibers of the silicosis group and the silicosis lung cancer group. EDXA found that the content of Si in silicosis group and silicosis combined with lung cancer group was significantly higher than other elements and the other two groups of Si content (P <0.01), the content of Si in non-silicosis lung cancer group and control group was higher than that of Al, P, S is low.
