近年来,随着生化技术的迅速发展,特别是聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析方法的进一步建立和特殊的组织化学染色技术的配合应用,使同工酶的研究逐步深入和有了很大的进步.同工酶可以作为测定种子生活力的一项有效生化指标.用IAA、GA、等外源激素浸种处理对种子生活力及种子萌发时同工酶的影响的研究已见报道.但有关H_2O_2浸种处理对玉米种子生活力及其萌发时淀粉酶同工酶的影响的研究目前尚未见报道.本实验旨在通过这项研究,探求提高种子生活力新的途径,并对种子的萌发机理作一些浅显的探讨.
