目的观察丝裂霉素C联合巩膜瓣可调缝线在青光眼滤过术中的应用及术后效果。方法对不同类型的青光眼65例65眼(其中慢性青光眼20例,急性青光眼30例,开角型青光眼10例,难治性青光眼5例)采用小梁切除联合丝裂霉素C及巩膜瓣可调缝线进行治疗,观察其疗效。结果出院时眼压平均在12.63mmHg左右,术后随访2个月至1年,2个月复查眼压平均在14.44mmHg左右,6个月至1年复查眼压均稳定在14～18mmHg之间。结论小梁切除术联合丝裂霉素C巩膜瓣可调缝线能有效的降低眼压,减少了术后并发症,操作简单,安全可靠,提高了手术成功率。
Objective To observe the application of mitomycin C combined scleral flap adjustable suture in glaucoma filtration surgery and its postoperative effect. Methods 65 cases of 65 cases of different types of glaucoma (including 20 cases of chronic glaucoma, 30 cases of acute glaucoma, open angle glaucoma in 10 cases, refractory glaucoma in 5 cases) trabeculectomy combined with mitomycin C and scleral flap Tweezers thread treatment, observe its efficacy. Results The average IOP at discharge was about 12.63mmHg. The follow-up was from 2 months to 1 year. The IOP of 2 months was about 14.44mmHg on average. The IOP of 6 months to 1 year was stable between 14 ~ 18mmHg . Conclusion Trabeculectomy combined with mitomycin C scleral flap adjustable suture can effectively reduce intraocular pressure and reduce postoperative complications, simple, safe and reliable, and improve the success rate of surgery.
