目的了解山西省各医院开展病历复印邮寄情况。方法设计复印病案邮寄调查表,并向山西省境内150家医院发放调查表,进行复印病案邮寄服务的情况调查。结果本次调查共发放调查表150份,收回137份,有效调查表为121份。开展病案邮寄服务的医院共有13所,占所调查医院的10.74%。按医院等级划分,三级医院12所,占34.29%,二级医院1所,占1.25%;按地域划分,太原市11所,占40.74%,各地市2所;按开展年限划分,开展4年的医院1所,开展3年以上的医院4所,开展2年以上的医院9所。结论山西省开展病案邮寄服务三级医院居多,但分布不均衡、起步较晚,各医院应积极开展,以改善医患关系,促进医院可持续发展。
Objective To understand the medical records in Shanxi Province to carry out photocopying and mailing. Methods Design a copy of the medical questionnaire mailing list, and to the 150 hospitals in Shanxi Province, the issuance of questionnaires, photocopying medical records by mail service survey. Results A total of 150 questionnaires were distributed in this survey, with 137 returned and 121 valid questionnaires completed. A total of 13 hospitals engaged in medical record delivery service, accounting for 10.74% of the investigated hospitals. According to the level of the hospital, there are 12 tertiary hospitals, accounting for 34.29%, and 1 secondary hospital, accounting for 1.25%. According to the geographical distribution, 11 are in Taiyuan city, accounting for 40.74% Year hospital 1, carry out more than 3 years 4 hospitals, more than 2 years to carry out the hospital 9. Conclusions Shanxi Province has the largest number of tertiary hospitals for medical records service, but the distribution is not balanced and started late. All hospitals should actively carry out such activities to improve doctor-patient relationship and promote the sustainable development of hospitals.
