人力资源管理是事业单位管理体制中的一项重要组成邵分,而绩效管理又直接影响到人力资源管理。我国事业单位人事制度改革不断深化,但其中仍然存在着各种问题,构建和改善人力资源管理体系下的绩效管理有利于事业单位的发展。因此,笔者结合自身工作实践,详尽分析了新形势下事业单位人力资源的绩效管理中存在的问题及改善措施。
Human resource management is an important component in the management system of institutions, while performance management has a direct impact on human resources management. The reform of the personnel system in our institutions continues to deepen, but various problems still exist in the reform. The construction and improvement of performance management under the human resources management system is conducive to the development of public institutions. Therefore, the author combined his own work practice, a detailed analysis of the problems in the performance management of human resources in the institutions under the new situation and the improvement measures.
