目的探讨不合格血液标本在临床检验中的原因。方法选择2016年5月至2017年5月在我科接受血常规检查的健康体检者150例,记录分析不合格血液标本在临床检验中的原因。结果在150份血液标本中,有14例血液标本不合格,不合格率为9.33%。不合格血液标本的种类包括:3例溶血,占比21.4%;4例凝血,占比28.6%;5例标本量不足,占比35.7%;2例标本错误,占比14.3%。结论不合格标本对血常规检验结果有一定影响,在临床应用时要分析总结出现不合格血液标本的原因,并且提出相应的改进措施,提高血液标本的采集质
