一、故障现象:到测量时间不报警,计数不正常。二、原因查找与故障排除从以上故障现象来看,具体是哪一块板有故障是很难确定的。造成计数不正常可以因为定时、报警板有问题,使得报警器和J_1不工作导致测量时间到不报警,计数不正常。也可以是因为报警器有故障导致到测量时间不报警,而计数不正常则可能是因为信号通路有故障,所以不能轻易地下结论。以便更快地找到故障原因。我根据本机工作原理和故障现象,设制了与查找故障原因的流程图:
