现在,农村“留守儿童”已经成为农村小学学生的主体,隔代教育也已经成为农村家庭教育的主流形式。做为农村小学班主任,应努力做到“二化三沟通”。以学生为主体,班级管理制度化、日常管理民主化;加强师生之间、生生之间、教师与家长之间的沟通。
