表面活性素是一类由Bacillus subtilis HSO121产生的脂肽类生物表面活性剂,有良好的表面活性和特殊的生物活性。本文采用紫外可见透射法、荧光分光光度法和圆二色谱法研究了表面活性素和溶菌酶在溶液中的相互作用。实验表明,表面活性素与溶菌酶之间主要有静电作用、疏水作用和氢键作用,且两者之间的相互作用随着体系pH的增加而减弱。表面活性素与溶菌酶之间作用机理研究为表面活性素在膜蛋白分离以及药理应用提供了一定的理论依据。
Surfactant is a class of lipopeptide biosurfactants produced by Bacillus subtilis HSO121, has good surface activity and special biological activity. In this paper, UV-visible transmission method, fluorescence spectrophotometry and circular dichroism spectroscopy study of surfactant and lysozyme in solution interaction. Experiments show that there is electrostatic interaction, hydrophobic interaction and hydrogen bonding interaction between surfactant and lysozyme, and the interaction between them decreases with the increase of system pH. The mechanism of action between surfactant and lysozyme provides a theoretical basis for the separation of surfactant protein from membrane protein and its pharmacological application.
