目的总结并探讨宫外孕院前救护措施及护理体会。方法回顾性分析我院2010年3月~2012年10月收治宫外孕患者39例院前救护及护理资料，总结护理经验。结果全部39例患者经院前急救护理后全部顺利送到医院，转运成功率与急救成功率均为100%。结论院前急救护理作为宫外孕大出血首要救护环节，护理必须要有具有良好的心理素质及熟练的操作技能，通过在发病现场和转运途中进行有效监护及救治工作，同时对患者辅以心理支持，是能够达到提高转运成功率及急救成功率的目的。“,”Objective To summarize the ectopic pregnancy of pre-hospital care measure and nursing experience. Methods retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2010 March -2012 year in October 39 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients with pre-hospital care and nursing data, summarized the nursing experience. Results all the 39 cases of emergency care for patients before and after successfully sent to hospital, hospital, transfer success rate and the rescue success rate was 100%. Conclusion nursing as ectopic pregnancy bleeding first aid pre-hospital emergency care process, must have the good psychological quality and skilled operating skills, effective monitoring and treatment work his way through in site and transport, while the patients psychological support, was able to reach the success rate and the rescue success rate with the aim of improving the transport.
