详细介绍了VFD(真空荧光显示器)在单片机测控系统中的应用。根据水蒸气在高温环境下的测控需要,选择三极管型VFD作为参数和状态显示设备,通过基于SM16312驱动电路的硬件设计和ATmega8单片机的软件编程,实现了各参数和状态的多彩动态显示,为工业大批量生产提供了一条具有较高性价比的设计思路。
The application of VFD (Vacuum Fluorescent Display) in single chip microcomputer measurement and control system is introduced in detail. According to the requirement of water vapor measurement and control in high temperature environment, the transistor type VFD is selected as the parameter and status display device. Through the hardware design based on the SM16312 driver circuit and the software programming of the ATmega8 microcontroller, the colorful dynamic display of each parameter and status is achieved. Mass production provides a high cost of design ideas.
