新生儿气管插管是新生儿医师最常进行的一种操作，但操作难度大，风险高，是新生儿学中最危险的操作之一。接受这一操作的新生儿可能会经历不良事件，包括心动过缓和严重的氧饱和度降低。基于临床常见困难和问题，本文回顾了新生儿气管插管过程中的关键因素。建议新生儿气管插管实践中采用新的方式，可以提高成功率，减少并发症。“,”Neonatal intubation is one of the most common but also one of the most dangerous and complicated procedures in neonatological practice, which may cause adverse events, including bradycardia and severe oxygen desaturations. Concerning clinical situations, we review the critical points in the procedure of neonatal intubation. The new technique that recommended in neonatal intubation may improve success rates and decrease morbidity.
