本文研究了18Cr2Ni4WA钢弯曲疲劳强度、拉伸强度和组织之间的关系,给出了回归方程,并进行了初步讨论。认为弯曲疲劳强度除了与拉伸强度有关以外,组织类型对其有影响,含有低温上贝氏体的混合组织和含有较多粒状贝氏体的混合组织的弯曲疲劳强度比回归值偏低。
In this paper, the relationship between bending fatigue strength, tensile strength and microstructure of 18Cr2Ni4WA steels was studied. The regression equation was given and the preliminary discussion was carried out. The flexural fatigue strength is considered to be affected by the type of the structure except for the tensile strength, and the bending fatigue strength of the mixed structure containing the low-temperature upper bainite and the mixed structure containing more granular granular bainite is lower than the regression value.
