在学校教育实现培养人的诸因素中,核心因素是课程。课程是体现学校一切培养理念和培养策略、培养资源的基本载体。课程改革是所有学校教育共同的课题,也是个持续永久的课题。学校教育要适应社会、适应人的发展的需要,就必须从改革课程入手,不仅从来如此,而且永远如此。教育要促进人的全面发展,对于高等职业教育而言,就是要在全面发展的观念下,来考虑职业发展的问题。
