铁路车务站段是客运车站的直接指挥者,担负着协调组织特殊情况下客运车站应急售票的职责,在当前服务质量要求日益提升的背景下显得尤为重要。从应急售票日常管理、启动流程、售票组织等方面进行论述,提出应急售票组织的改进建议,从而提高站段层面应急处置能力,做好售票组织管理。
The railway station depot is the direct commander of the passenger station and takes the responsibility of coordinating the emergency ticketing of the passenger station under special circumstances. It is especially important in the current context of the ever-increasing service quality requirements. From the daily management of emergency ticket, start-up process, ticket sales organizations and other aspects of the discussion, put forward suggestions for improving the ticket office, so as to improve the emergency response capacity at the station level and do well ticket organization and management.
