目的 分析医院住院患者华法林应用情况,从而为临床合理用药提供参考.方法 筛选首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院2014年1-6月使用华法林抗凝的住院患者112例,对其适应证、药物用量、国际标准化比值(INR)、合并用药及不良反应情况等进行回顾性分析.结果 本院华法林主要用于心房颤动、深静脉血栓等,用量范围为0.625 ～9 mg,平均日剂量(2.8±1.0)mg,INR波动范围为0.94 ～12.11,INR为2.0 ～3.0的病例占50.9％(57/112),不良反应发生率为1.8％ (2/112).结论 临床药师应在工作中分析影响华法林疗效的因素以促进其合理应用.
