针对中职学前教育专业顶岗实习质量监控中,实习单位质量良莠不齐,对学生的评价指标不全面,缺乏有效的过程监控,学校与实习单位之间沟通不畅、缺乏必要的反馈等问题,笔者探索构建了科学、有效的质量监控体系。一、当前中职学前教育专业顶岗实习质量监控中存在的问题当前,中职学校普遍采用“2+1”的人才培养模式,其中有一年的顶岗实习期,但整个顶岗实习过程的质量是否能够得到保障还存在质疑。
