目的:探讨川芎嗪在内毒素血症小鼠中的作用及其机理。方法:用脂多糖(LPS)复制内毒素休克小鼠模型,随机分为4组:(1)正常对照组,(2)川芎嗪组,(3)LPS 组,(4)川芎嗪加 LPS 组,测定各组血清一氧化氮(NO)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白三烯 D4(LTD4)含量,脏器一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性及肝、肾功能。结果:川芎嗪加 LPS 组血清 NO、TNF-α和 LTD4水平下降,脏器 NOS 活性降低,肝、肾功能损害减轻。结论:川芎嗪对内毒素血症有一定的抑制作用。
Objective: To explore the effect and mechanism of tetramethylpyrazine in endotoxemia mice. METHODS: Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) was used to replicate the endotoxin-shocked mouse model and randomly divided into 4 groups: (1) normal control group, (2) ligustrazine group, (3) LPS group, (4) ligustrazine plus LPS group Serum nitric oxide (NO), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and leukotriene D4 (LTD4) levels, organ NOS activity, and liver and kidney function were measured. Results: The levels of serum NO, TNF-α and LTD4 in the tetramethylpyrazine plus LPS group decreased, the NOS activity in the organs decreased, and the liver and kidney function impairment reduced. Conclusion: Tetramethylpyrazine has a certain inhibitory effect on endotoxemia.
