从电子技术领域生长起来的可靠性理论,自60年代以来迅速向机械工程渗透。零部件的失效概率、失效模型和系统的可靠性研究受到了普遍的重视。近年来,可靠性理论已形成一门独立的新学科,它包含了三个相互有关的分支:(1)可靠性工程:主要进行零部件或系统的可靠性设计和可靠性分析,或某一项工程的可靠性分析;(2)可靠性物理:又称失效物理学或故障物理学,主要研究失效的物理原因和模型;(3)可靠性数学:研究可靠性的定量规律。本文着重介绍了可靠性的基本概念和方法以及失效的物理模型。鉴于剩余寿命在失效分析中的重要性,本文还介绍了剩余寿命的可靠性计算方法。
The theory of reliability, which has grown from the field of electronics, has rapidly infiltrated mechanical engineering since the 1960s. The probability of failure of components, the failure model and the reliability of the system have received universal attention. In recent years, reliability theory has formed an independent new discipline, which contains three related branches: (1) reliability engineering: reliability design and reliability analysis of parts or systems, or a (2) reliability physics: also known as failure physics or fault physics, the main failure of the physical reason and model; (3) reliability mathematics: the quantitative law of reliability. This article highlights the basic concepts and methods of reliability and the physical model of failure. In view of the importance of residual life in failure analysis, this paper also introduces the reliability calculation method of remaining life.
