应用FET模型和多种调谐网络 ,以统一的方式研究了调谐光接收机前端的特性 ,提出了多种调谐网络通用的计算公式 ,用以计算谐振频率、信噪比、传输函数。并针对串联谐振型光接收机特性进行了分析。
By using FET model and many kinds of tuning networks, the characteristics of the front end of tuned optical receiver are studied in a uniform way. A general calculation formula of various tuning networks is proposed to calculate the resonant frequency, signal - noise ratio and transfer function. The characteristics of the series resonant optical receiver are analyzed.
