作者回顾性地分析了55例原发性中枢神经系统(CNS)淋巴瘤,探讨其CT表现和组织学特征的关系。男36例,女19例。年龄17～81岁。依形态学特征WF分类把非何杰金氏淋巴瘤分成十类,三科预后。低度:小淋巴细胞型,滤泡分化小细胞型和滤泡混合型。中度:滤泡大细胞型,弥散分化小细胞型,弥散混合型和弥散大细胞型。高度:成免疫细胞型,淋巴母细胞型和未分化小细胞型。作者见到,55例中只出现WF分类中六种组织学类型。低度者2例(均为小细胞型),中度者44例(5例弥散分化小细胞型,9例弥散混合型,30
The authors retrospectively analyzed 55 cases of primary central nervous system (CNS) lymphoma and explored the relationship between CT findings and histological features. 36 males and 19 females. Age 17 ~ 81 years old. According to the morphological characteristics of WF classification of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma is divided into ten categories, three subjects prognosis. Low: Small lymphocyte type, follicular differentiation of small cell type and follicular mixed type. Moderate: follicular large cell type, diffuse differentiated small cell type, diffuse mixed type and diffuse large cell type. Height: Into immune cell type, lymphoblastic type and undifferentiated small cell type. The authors saw only six histological types in the WF classification in 55 cases. Low in 2 cases (all small cell type), moderate in 44 cases (5 cases of diffuse differentiated small cell type, 9 cases of diffuse mixed type, 30
