我校在实行新的课程标准之时,制订了“三阶二十四步”系列主题的班会素质教育活动方案,分初中、高中两个年级实施:初中分为基础阶、巩固阶、发展阶三阶,高中分为基础阶、巩固阶、成熟阶三阶。每阶贯穿不同层次、不同内容、不同要求的八项活动,每年级在三年中分二十四个主题班会逐一呈现。全过程由思想、政治、道德、心理素质四条主线贯穿,依次按系列展开。在三年的教育实践中积累了两个案例。谈出来供大家交流。
