在摩擦片生产中,材料的研究是必要的,现行摩擦片试片是在将完整摩擦片加工完成后进行切割,取样测验,复杂而费事。本课题所研制的小型高温挤压成型设备,源自于实验设备的开发,属科研实验室试验设备领域,是用于小型摩擦材料性能研究试片的加工成型机械。直接采用合适的模具将试片一次性加工成型,节约资源和实验材料,有较高的经济效益和实用性。
