本文采用教学效能感和教学监控量表考查了中等职业学校教师的教学效能感和教学监控能力。结果表明:在控制了教师个人特征之后,职业学校教师的个人教学效能感对教师的教学监控能力有预测作用。
This paper examines the sense of efficacy and teaching control ability of secondary vocational school teachers by using teaching efficacy and teaching monitoring scale. The results show that: after controlling the personal characteristics of teachers, the personal teaching efficacy of teachers in vocational schools has a predictive effect on teachers’ ability of teaching monitoring.
