当前,对于涉密信息系统工程监理的认识存在各种各样的问题,本文作者根据长期从事涉密信息系统工程监理工作的积累和总结,对此项工作存在的几个主要误区进行了探讨,冀以理清对涉密信息系统工程监理工作的认识,以进一步推动涉密信息系统监理工作的专业化和规范化。因本文较长,本刊分3期连续刊登。已在7月刊和8月刊分别刊登了对涉密信息系统工程监理与信息系统工程监理认识的误区、对涉密信息系统工程监理需求认识的误区和对涉密信息系统工程监理作用认识的误区三个问题,本期继续刊登对涉密信息系统工程自身建设认识的误区这一问题。
At present, there are various problems in understanding the project supervision of the classified information system. According to the accumulation and summary of long-term supervision of the project construction in the classified information system, the author discusses several major misunderstandings in this project, In order to sort out the understanding of the supervisory work of classified information systems engineering, we should further promote the specialization and standardization of supervisory work of classified information systems. Because of this article is longer, we published in three consecutive issues. In July and August issue, misunderstandings about the supervision of classified information system engineering and information system engineering supervision have been published, and the misunderstanding of the needs of engineering information supervision and the misunderstanding of the role of engineering supervision of classified information system have been published. In this issue, we continue to publish the misunderstanding of the construction of classified information systems engineering itself.
