将柔性制造系统中数控设备作为制造单元并成为控制对象,以实现CAD/CAM/CAPP智能化、集成化制造。通过分析网络化环境下数控设备远程运行与故障诊断系统的特点,提出系统的体系结构,使用BP神经网络进行数控设备的故障诊断,阐述了基于BP神经网络和专家系统混合的神经网络故障诊断专家系统的基本原理,并分析了基于EJB的数控设备远程运行与故障诊断系统的软件实现方法。
The flexible manufacturing system CNC equipment as a manufacturing unit and become the control object, in order to achieve CAD / CAM / CAPP intelligent, integrated manufacturing. By analyzing the characteristics of remote operation and fault diagnosis system of NC equipment in networked environment, the system architecture is proposed and the fault diagnosis of NC equipment is carried out by using BP neural network. The neural network fault diagnosis expert based on BP neural network and expert system is expounded System, and analyzes the software implementation method of remote operation and fault diagnosis system of CNC equipment based on EJB.
