开放存取(Open Access,简称OA)是国际科技界、学术界、出版界、信息传播界为推动科研成果利用网络自由传播而发起的运动。本文从信息资源建设这一角度出发,分析开放存取给图书馆带来的影响,以期将图书馆与开放存取的模式与理念相结合,使图书馆的信息资源更好的服务于用户。
Open Access (OA) is a movement initiated by the international scientific community, academia, publishing and information media to promote the free dissemination of scientific research using the Internet. Based on the perspective of information resources construction, this paper analyzes the impact of open access to the library, with a view to combining the library with the open access mode and concept, so that the library information resources serve the users better.
