目的观察角膜缘上皮移植治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法对本院60例翼状胬肉患者随机分为观察组及对照组,对照组行单纯翼状胬肉切除术,观察组行角膜缘上皮移植术。结果两组患者术后植片水肿消退,愈合良好,角膜表面逐渐恢复光滑透明,随访6个月～1年,眼角膜上皮光滑,植片结膜平复无充血,视力均明显提高。观察组平均修复天数、术后1年复发率、术后一年裸眼视力均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组结膜创面愈合延迟例数明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论角膜缘上皮移植术治疗翼状胬肉手术简便、安全,成功率高,有效改善视功能,大大降低胬肉手术的复发率,是目前治疗翼状胬肉的最佳手术方法。值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the effect of corneal limbal epithelial transplantation in the treatment of pterygium. Methods Sixty cases of pterygium in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated by simple pterygium excision. The observation group was treated by limbal epithelial transplantation. Results Postoperative edema of the two groups subsided and healed well. The surface of the cornea gradually recovered to be smooth and transparent. After 6 months to 1 year of follow-up, the corneal epithelium was smooth and the hyperemia of the conjunctiva was recovered. The visual acuity was significantly improved. The average number of days of repair, the recurrence rate at one year and the uncorrected visual acuity of one year postoperatively were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). The delayed healing of conjunctiva wounds in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group , The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion limbal epithelial transplantation for the treatment of pterygium surgery is simple, safe, high success rate, effectively improving visual function, greatly reducing the recurrence rate of pterygium surgery is the best surgical treatment of pterygium. Worth clinical promotion.
