当前,第四次工业革命的时代已经到来,智能化的大趋势已不可逆转,互联网、新能源、智能化等现代技术的广泛应用,正为整个汽车行业的新发展以及新一轮的变革积蓄着动能。中国重汽作为大型国有企业,经过改革重组16年的发展,形成了新的竞争优势,为企业下一步发展奠定了坚实基础。但是,面对新形势、新变化,如何做好企业员工思想的稳定工作,充分调动员工的主动性和积极性,保证员工队伍稳定,进而确保企业稳定持续健康发展,是我们必须高度重视并认真应对的一项工作。在实践中我们感到,要做好员工的思想稳定工作,应着重抓好以下几个方面的工作。
