本文着重叙述汞离子推进系统寿命试验设备的设计概况及其主要部分的结构,对于设备的设计原理也作了相应的介绍。这台设备由两个试验系统构成,每个系统包括直径1.0米的主舱、直径0.4米的副舱和配电舱。还配有一台微型计算机,用来进行寿命试验的实时控制和数据处理。这一试验设备可为两台5至12厘米汞离子推进系统同时进行一年左右的连续运转提供一个满足寿命试验要求的空间模拟环境。
This article focuses on the mercury ion propulsion system life test equipment design overview and the structure of the main part of the device design principles are also introduced. The unit consisted of two test systems, each consisting of a main compartment of 1.0 m in diameter, a sub-compartment of 0.4 m in diameter and a power distribution compartment. Also equipped with a microcomputer for real-time control of life testing and data processing. This test facility provides a space simulation environment for life test requirements for the simultaneous operation of two 5 to 12 cm mercury ion propulsion systems for about one year.
